Curation+Creations

Based in New York City and since 2020, eyeris strives to contribute to diversity in various spaces, with embedded subtle twists of authentic traditional and modern South Asian (Bangladeshi-American) desi-fusion, and other aesthetics through a multitude of handworked jewelry, customized clothing, accessories -- made from repurposed, handpicked materials (resourced in Bangladesh, New York City, and more).

eyeris identifies as a native New Yorker, Muslim, Bangladeshi-American, queer, first-generation, eldest daughter of Bangladeshi immigrants, passionate about diversifying spaces through creative arts at curated community events, museum spaces, educational settings, and beyond...

eyeris recently curated an ongoing exhibition Bangladesh Not "Bhaangadesh" at King Manor Museum in her hometown Jamaica, Queens--a collection of art, media, and objects dedicated to the mass uprisings in Bangladesh during the summer of 2024. The exhibition is available to view until December 2026.
